 I've been running for seven years, completing races from a distance of 1 mile up to 50k and every distance in between. I started racing in Kinvara's a few years ago but only at shorter distance like 5K. I gradually transitioned to exclusively run in Kinvara's and have run 10k, half marathon, marathon and 50k trail runs in them and they are excellent at every distance. I put in 60 mile training weeks on my Kinvara's and I've been injury free for three years. Great neutral, light running and racing shoe.
